Which industry role(s) sound the best and/or worst to you?
The worst to me are definitely those sort of "Back-End" Programming roles for the simple reason that I don't like programming.
The best to me is Level Designer. In a smaller company I think many jobs could be combined or even deleted but Level Design will always be one of the most important task as it directly determine what the player would do and feel.
Which role(s) was surprising, boring, easy, hard, cheap, expensive, superfluous, essential ____?
PR looks surprisingly fun and it will leave a first impression of the game.
Monetization Design feels like it was also involved in Level Design, a lot.
Creative Director and Art Director feel like someone who make all the essential decisions but don't actually do anything except that.
